“Hands occupied with blessings can’t hold no grudges”

 Let’s read that one again.

“Hands occupied with blessings can’t hold no grudges.”

A friend posted that quote on my Facebook, I don’t know the source, but wow.

 Aside from the double negative, it states that when you are too busy with your blessings, you don’t have the time, energy, or effort to hold a grudge,

I needed that. 

After being so hurt, I have felt spiteful and resentful and even the need to hold a grudge, to hold the anger to try to dissipate the hurt. But in reality, I have so much, why focus on trying to oppose the hurt with anger when I could simply do nothing with it, as I have so many wonderful things that can fulfill my being. 

So, from this moment onward, my hands are too occupied with my blessings.
